Terms & Conditions

Eventixo is a ticketing platform. Events listed on Eventixo are created, described, priced and run by independent organisers. Eventixo is not the organiser, promoter or host of those events and does not control what happens at them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your login secure. Organiser accounts must provide accurate business or organisation details.

A ticket order is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed (or the order is placed for a free ticket). Each confirmed ticket has a unique ticket code and QR code. Tickets may be refused entry if a code has already been checked in, or if the ticket has been cancelled.

Ticket availability, prices, sales windows and any per-order limits are set by the organiser and can change.

Organisers are responsible for their event content, pricing, tax obligations, attendee communications, running the event, honouring valid tickets, and setting and applying their own event refund terms. Organisers must not list unlawful, misleading or unsafe events.

Paid ticket sales are processed through Stripe. Organisers receive ticket proceeds through their connected Stripe account. Eventixo charges a 3% platform service fee on paid orders. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately under Stripe's terms.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and individual organisers may set event-specific refund terms shown on the event page.

Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, access data you are not entitled to, resell tickets in breach of an organiser's terms, or copy or forge ticket codes.

We work to keep Eventixo available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every event listing is complete or error free. To the extent permitted by law, Eventixo is not responsible for the conduct of organisers or attendees, or for events that are changed, delayed or cancelled. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may suspend or remove accounts, events or listings that breach these terms or that present a risk to buyers or the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continuing to use Eventixo after an update means the updated terms apply.
