Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Eventixo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, country and, for organisers, your business or organisation name. When you buy a ticket we collect the buyer name, email and phone you enter at checkout, along with the tickets ordered.

We also keep basic technical information such as log data needed to operate and secure the platform.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Eventixo does not receive or store your full card details. Stripe handles card data under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, process orders, issue tickets and QR codes, support check-in at events, provide organisers with attendee and reporting data for their own events, and send service messages such as order confirmations.

Sharing with organisers

When you buy a ticket, the organiser of that event can see the buyer name, email, phone, ticket type, ticket code, order status and check-in status for their event. Organisers are responsible for how they use that information.

Other service providers

We use third-party providers to host the platform, process payments and deliver email. They only receive the information needed to perform those services.

Retention

We keep account, order and ticket records for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can update your profile details in Settings at any time. To request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us through the Help page. Some records tied to completed orders may need to be retained.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
