Refund & Cancellation Policy
Eventixo is the ticketing platform — the organiser of each event decides that event's refund terms. This page explains how that works and who to contact.
Organiser terms come first
Each organiser sets their own refund and cancellation terms for their event. Where an organiser has published a refund policy, it is shown on that event's public page and it applies to your order. Terms can differ from event to event.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests should go to the event organiser first, using the contact email shown on the event page. Include your ticket code and the email address used at checkout so they can find your order quickly.
If you cannot reach the organiser, contact us through the Help page and we will try to put you in touch.
Cancelled or changed events
If an organiser cancels, reschedules or significantly changes an event, they are responsible for telling ticket holders and for handling refunds under their terms and applicable consumer law.
Fees
Where a refund is given, the Eventixo platform service fee and payment processing fees may not be recoverable. The organiser will confirm the exact refund amount.
Cancelled tickets
A ticket that has been cancelled will not scan at check-in and cannot be used for entry. If you believe a ticket was cancelled in error, contact the organiser.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Eventixo does not guarantee that a refund will be approved — that decision rests with the organiser, subject to those rights.
